An 11-month-old boy drowned in a bucket at his Bengaluru home while his mother, a software professional, briefly stepped away. The mother, unable to cope with the guilt, died by suicide shortly after, leaving a note blaming herself. Her husband discovered the tragic scene upon returning from work.
