'Bhooth Bangla', directed by Priyadarshan and starring Akshay Kumar, Tabu, and Paresh Rawal, has officially crossed the Rs. 100 crore India gross milestone on Day 8, April 24, 2026. Despite heavy competition from Ranveer Singh’s 'Dhurandhar 2' and the IPL 2026 season, the horror-comedy earned a cumulative India net of Rs. 84.40 crore in its first week. With a worldwide gross of over Rs. 135 crore, the film marks a successful 16-year reunion for the Akshay-Priyadarshan duo. Featuring a nostalgic cast including Rajpal Yadav and Wamiqa Gabbi, the supernatural thriller is set for a strong second weekend at the box office.
