CTET application closing December 18: Check eligibility, exam pattern, marking scheme, score validity, and more
The Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET), conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), is accepting applications for the February 2026 exam until December 18. Eligible candidates can apply online at CTET.nic.in, with corrections allowed from December 23 to 26. CTET scores are now valid for a lifetime. The exam consists of Paper-1 for classes 1-5 and Paper-2 for classes 6-8. This year, millions of candidates are expected to apply due to mandatory TET rules for teachers.
