Odisha to apply SC judgment on Living Wills cases
Odisha government has unequivocally decided to implement the Supreme Court's judgment on Living Wills, the Orissa High Court was informed. The implementation process is at an advanced stage, with a draft resolution under active consideration. A committee has examined modalities, opining that directives will primarily be implemented in medical colleges and district headquarters hospitals with ICU facilities.
