53-year-old man gets 20-year prison term for raping teen
A 53-year-old man in Kendrapada has been sentenced to 20 years in prison for repeatedly raping a 16-year-old girl, leading to her pregnancy. The court also levied a Rs 50,000 fine and ordered Rs 8 lakh compensation for the victim. The conviction followed the examination of 12 witnesses and medical evidence.
