AIIMS has extended the INI CET January 2026 open round counselling deadline. Candidates can now register and fill choices until February 7, 2026. This provides more time for students to finalize their preferences. Seat allotment results will be published on February 21, 2026. Reporting to institutes is required by February 28, 2026.
