CBI Arrests Army Havildar in Ranchi for Bribery
An army havildar, Mukesh Kumar Rai, and an accomplice, Dinesh Kumar Rai, were arrested by the CBI for demanding a bribe. The havildar allegedly accepted Rs 50,000 and demanded an additional Rs 1.50 lakh to allow construction on army land. The CBI caught them red-handed while accepting the bribe.
