Court refuses to stop Dhurandhar 2 makers from using Oye Oye song in OTT version
The Delhi High Court has allowed the use of 'Rang De Lal (Oye Oye)' in the OTT version of 'Dhurandhar: The Revenge', citing significant investment by the filmmakers. The court found the plaintiff's delayed action disadvantageous and deemed it impractical to allow the song in theatres but ban it on OTT platforms. T-Series was ordered to deposit ₹50 lakh.
