Delhi HC sets 15-day deadline on plea against removal of Dhruv Rathee’s YouTube video
The Delhi high court has ordered the Centre's Grievance Appellate Committee to decide within 15 days an appeal seeking the removal of a Dhruv Rathee YouTube video. The petitioner alleged the video, titled "Can Hindus Eat Beef? | Kerala Story 2 Exposed," defames Hindu deities. The court's directive came after the Union Government's counsel argued the content was harmful. Google confirmed the petitioner had already approached the GAC.
