Diamond deposits found in Nuapada
Diamond deposits have been discovered in Nuapada district, with the state government currently evaluating the technical and financial feasibility of mining them. Gemstone deposits have also been found in Kalahandi, and gold deposits identified in Deogarh, Mayurbhanj, and Keonjhar districts.
