DRI busts Rs 139 crore walnut import duty evasion racket in Mumbai, held
The DRI has arrested the proprietor of a Dubai-based trading firm in a Rs 139 crore customs duty evasion case. The firm allegedly supplied undervalued invoices for imported inshell walnuts, causing a significant loss to the government. The accused admitted to providing these invoices for a commission.
