ECI seizes cash, goods worth Rs 1.26 crore in Tamil Nadu, transfers four SPs
Tamil Nadu authorities have seized unaccounted cash and goods worth 1.26 crore after the Model Code of Conduct came into force. The Election Commission of India has also transferred several police officials across the state. Flying squads and surveillance teams are actively monitoring for violations. Officials assure the public that carrying cash with valid documents will not cause inconvenience.
