Fake Infosys corporate social responsibility staff dupe Bengaluru firm of Rs 6 crore
Mysore Mercantile Company Ltd (MMCL) has filed a complaint alleging a Rs 6 crore fraud by a group led by Gagan N Deep, who posed as senior Infosys CSR officers. The accused allegedly convinced MMCL to pay earnest money deposits for CSR grants, issuing forged documents to build credibility. Investigations are underway to trace the untraceable accused.
