'Gave clean chit to Pakistan': Congress calls Rajnath's SCO meet statement 'anti-national'

Congress leader Jairam Ramesh called this appeasement of the US and capitulation to China, questioning Pakistan's role in terror attacks. Singh's remarks were made at the SCO meet in Bishkek.
