Govt plans digital platform for priority appts of cancer patients
Odisha is launching a digital platform to streamline cancer patient care. Suspected and existing cancer patients can now book priority appointments at district hospitals, avoiding long queues at tertiary care centers. This initiative, developed by NIC, will facilitate teleconsultations with oncologists and ensure timely diagnosis and treatment, reducing patient anxiety and travel.
