Lineman feeds stray dogs daily in Rourkela: A heartwarming mission
For seven years, Rourkela lineman Siba Kumar Behera has dedicated himself to feeding stray dogs daily. He prepares rice and chicken, spending Rs 6,000 monthly from his own pocket to ensure around 25 dogs are fed and cared for.
