More trouble for Shilpa Shetty, Raj Kundra: Star couple faces additional charge of cheating in Rs 60cr loan dispute case
Mumbai Police's Economic Offences Wing has escalated charges against Shilpa Shetty Kundra and Raj Kundra to cheating under Section 420 of the IPC. This follows new evidence in a Rs 60.48 crore loan-cum-investment deal dispute involving their former company, Best Deal TV. The couple had previously challenged the FIR, deeming it a civil matter.
