Power tariff increase approved: Jharkhand's electricity rates see 6.12% hike; Consumers face higher bills starting April 1
Starting April 1, residents of Jharkhand will face a 6.12% increase in power tariffs. Urban domestic consumers will see their rates jump by Rs 0.55 to Rs 7.4, while rural areas will experience a rise of Rs 0.5, reaching Rs 7.2.
