Malayalam star Prithviraj Sukumaran has reportedly invested Rs 30.6 crore in a luxury duplex in Mumbai's Bandra. His production house acquired the property, which includes four parking spaces. Beyond real estate, the actor is known for his impressive car collection, featuring a Lamborghini Urus and Range Rover Vogue. He commands Rs 4-10 crore per film.
