Three cloudbursts trigger flash floods, road blockades in J&K's Kishtwar & Doda
Cloudbursts hit Jammu and Kashmir's Kishtwar and Doda districts on Tuesday. Flash floods and landslides followed, blocking the Kishtwar-Jammu highway. Several roads were also affected.
