FIR on comedian, doctor and others for ‘obscene’ content from standup shows posted online
Cyber police have registered an FIR against standup comedians Pranit More and Himanshu Jangra, along with Dr. Sejal Pawar, for allegedly circulating obscene content online. The action follows criticism over clips from their shows, deemed disrespectful to deceased individuals and women, and trivializing consent. Both the National Commission for Women and Maharashtra Cyber are investigating the matter.
